Executive Summary

Gary is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Corporate Finance. He has been Financial Director of two quoted companies and has held many non-executive directorships. He is a trustee and treasurer of the Intensive Care National Audit and Research Centre. A former Governor of University of Westminster; former Chairman of the British Suzuki Institute and former Vice Chairman of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. He is also a Past Master of a City of London Livery Company.

Gary provides a wealth of expertise in dealing both with small owner managed businesses through to larger, including listed, businesses.

He is a respected member of our client development/service team, with additional responsibility of keeping oversight on compliance/technical matters and business strategy.

He enjoys the expertise of Business Sales, growing the business and watching it grow and is equally passionate about working with and helping ambitious clients that are going places, each with their own unique challenges and needs.

Gary enjoys dealing with people, whether they be within the firm or his clients. He believes in acting with integrity, treating people fairly, always being helpful and going the extra mile to meet people’s needs, no matter how challenging.

He has used his wealth of knowledge to write a highly acclaimed book “How to sell your business and live happily ever after”, now in its sixth edition.
